Spacious and clean rooms, 24-hour fitness center access, strategic location with nearby restaurants

The air conditioning was off during peak hours, making common areas uncomfortably warm!!! There were delays during the check-in process!!! The overall maintenance of furniture and carpets needs improvement!!!

If you love local food, Pharr doesn’t disappoint! The scrumptious breakfast was a great start, even though I had a moment with hair in my eggs. And that front desk guy on Sunday night? Total lifesaver with towels and toilet paper!

But let’s talk about the 6:30 AM evacuation. A customer mishap led to chaos, and while the older desk lady got a bit heated with guests, it highlighted how staff can shine under pressure.

the breakfast was really subpar compared to other Hampton Inn stays, and the limited soap bars were laughable. Also, I was so looking forward to a little special treatment, but it seems my requests were utterly ignored. Unbelievable, I almost thought about giving a good review, but how could I with all the inconveniences?

We enjoyed the complimentary area shuttle, which made for a lovely day trip to South Padre Island with our little baby. The staff were friendly and the lobby area was perfect to relax in after our outings.

My kids wished the fitness center had better equipment.

The 24-hour fitness room is a nice bonus, and despite the occasional hiccup with maintenance responsiveness, the overall vibe is welcoming. Enjoyed the evening manager's reception as well.
