Our trip to Chattanooga was centered around visiting the Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum, so the location of Residence Inn was perfect. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for meals. The staff at the front desk was exceptional, especially the young man who checked us in. Despite being busy, he remained patient, friendly, and helpful to everyone. Our room was ideal for our family, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome by offering a light dinner and providing a breakfast buffet. The little kitchen in our room made it feel like a cozy apartment instead of a hotel, and the bed was comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms, especially the two-bedroom suite that we stayed in. the fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience and allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major plus, as it was within walking distance to all the downtown attractions and directly across the street from the free trolley. This made it easy for us to explore the city without the need for a car.

There were a couple of aspects that were not up to par. the cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing, as we found some hair in the extra blanket and small stains on the sheets.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a great time! Loved the convenient location, close to shops and attractions. the free parking in the gated lot was a bonus. the room was spacious with a fully functional kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our holiday meals. the indoor pool was clean and heated, and the gym had a decent selection of workout equipment.

There were a few things that disappointed us. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty baseboards and areas around the shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, professional, and caring. The room was amazing and had everything we could need. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was conveniently located near the bed. We loved that we could watch HBO Go and use other streaming apps on the big TV in front of the bed. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which looked nice and clean. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions. We even found out that there's a free trolley directly across the street from the hotel, which takes you to many downtown attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent, and we had a great time playing in the indoor pool when the weather wasn't so favorable.
