Rooms were very clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, close to attractions.

The hot water and coffee at the self-service coffee bar were sometimes not hot. There was no towel rack by the vanity and no safe in the suite.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the convenient laundry facilities on-site and the spacious and comfortable rooms with a kitchen and terrace. The free shuttle service within a five-mile radius was also a big help for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn in Scottsdale. The spacious and comfortable two-room suite exceeded our expectations. The true walk-in shower was a game-changer for us. The bed was cozy and the room temperature was just right. The TV service was prompt and efficient. The location was perfect for our needs. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was very close to the North Scottsdale area and the PGA golf course where the Phoenix Open is played. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the availability of electronic plug-ins on both sides of the bed, making it convenient to charge my devices. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a variety of hot items, fruits, and juices to choose from.

For us, the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, and the staff was unable to provide us with a thicker pad. The lack of action regarding this issue , as we expected better from this hotel.

The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall with several places to eat. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, especially the roll-in shower which had a true walk-in shower, which was perfect for our needs. Additionally, having breakfast included was a definite plus and added convenience to our stay.

Plus, the location is incredibly convenient, right next to a shopping mall with a variety of dining options. It made evenings a breeze as I could simply walk over for dinner. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. And let's not forget the snacks in the afternoon, such a nice treat. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I'm back in the area.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in the Phoenix area and had a fantastic time. the staff made the check-in process a breeze and were always polite and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. the hotel is in a prime location nearby great restaurants and attractions that made our stay that much better.

The only issue we experienced was that some of the bedding was too warm, making it difficult to get a full night's sleep. the mattress was slightly too soft for our personal preference.
