This hotel is a great value for money, close to everything, and has attentive staff. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and pillows as well as a large refrigerator. Plus, the breakfast is included!

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to many restaurants and Biltmore Village. You can also easily access downtown and breweries from here. The spacious rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and sofa/sitting area and the bathrooms are a good size with large showers. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The lobby and balcony areas are nice to relax in, with fireplaces and plenty of outlets for those working or browsing.

One downside is the view from some of the rooms, but this is a minor issue considering the many positive aspects of the hotel.

Delicious breakfast options including buckwheat waffles! Although, I wish there was a protein option available. Our room was not cleaned during our 4-night stay, but the amenities and location made up for it. I would recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton.

Convenient location near shopping and downtown, pet-friendly with non-carpeted areas in rooms. Spacious, clean rooms with ample storage, well-equipped kitchens, and large bathrooms. Self-serve breakfast in a clean lobby with plenty of seating, including outlets for electronic devices. Limited covered parking and large elevators for easy access.

The spacious room with two large screen TVs was a great perk for us as people who love karaoke and casinos.

Felt like a cozy retreat, no complaints about our relaxing stay.
