We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to everything, including some nice restaurants. We also appreciated that the hotel was close to the train station for our next morning's journey. Lastly, the hotel was conveniently located near Bryant University, which was great for us.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's location was outside Providence, but it was conveniently close to amenities like restaurants and gas stations. The breakfast provided was just what we needed to get going in the morning, with a variety of options such as fresh fruits, pastries, cereals. Despite the hotel being crowded, our room was surprisingly quiet, even though it was next to the elevator.

The hotel could use some updates and renovations to improve its overall appearance and functionality.

My stay at this hotel was a great experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, with its proximity to some nice restaurants, added to the overall appeal. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The basic amenities were all in order, and our room with a nice view of the woods was a pleasant surprise. The king bed with an extra pull-out sofa was exactly what we needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided a nice variety of options, which was included in the price.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a wide variety of choices including veggie omelets, sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, toast. The coffee bar was also available 24/7. The woman who set up the breakfast was very lovely and helpful. The front desk staff, especially Tiffany, was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and the bed in our room was comfortable.

We were able to easily walk to the nearby Twin Rivers for an 8 PM concert and it was also close to the train station for our next morning's travel. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of fresh items including veggie omelets, sausage, scrambled eggs, and the best bacon we've had in a long time. The coffee bar in the foyer was a nice touch and available 24/7. The staff, including Maria who cleaned our room, the lovely woman who set up breakfast, Geronimo who helped us with ice, and especially Tiffany at the front desk.

Special mention goes to Maria, the lady who cleaned our room, for going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Bathtub drain was broken and unsuccessfully attempted to be fixed, resulting in a partially open dirty drain. Couldn't use the shower after that.

Conveniently located next to several nice restaurants, this hotel has comfortable and clean rooms with well-maintained furniture. The bathroom was clean and the small bottles of bathroom products were a lovely touch. The coffee station in the lobby was always available and the room had a small fridge to keep things cold. There is also a space to keep suitcases and a desk with a chair. Perfect for a quick and no-nonsense stay.

Sadly, the hotel is located too far from stores and the parking may be challenging with trucks often taking up multiple spots.
