This hotel is located in the heart of the city, perfect for those who want to explore London on foot. It's close to several theatres and the shopping hub of Oxford Street. The rooms are well designed with great air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late checkout.

The lighting in the room was a little dim for applying makeup.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, close to attractions like Trafalgar Square and The Strand. The helpful staff and 24-hour reception added to the positive experience.

The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, and I was pleasantly surprised to find enough space for my small bag under the bed. Secondly, the staff is lovely and attentive, providing unlimited tea and coffee during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered delicious healthy options, and I enjoyed my black coffee immensely.
