my stay at the z hotel was great! the queen room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and nice eco-friendly shower gels. the location is fantastic, right by theaters and bars. the staff were always cheerful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

Excellent location on Old Compton Street, complimentary wine and cheese evenings, close to theaters and nightlife.

Rooms are exceptionally tiny, making it difficult to move around or accommodate bigger luggage!!! The air conditioning did not function properly during my stay, leading to a muggy atmosphere!!! I felt as if it was more fitting for a budget stay rather than the premium pricing.

the aircon didn’t work, so I ended up sweating through the nights in my tiny room with no window. after discovering the breakfast was just sad continental offerings, I expected at least a complimentary gesture, but was let down. honestly, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t with all the discomfort. 4 stars? really?

This place was just an excellent fit for a weekend trip in London with all in all brilliant value for money. I really appreciated having the full sky package in my room—way more options than I expected! Definitely consider upgrading to a Queen for a bit more space. it’s worth the extra cash.
