Worst aspects of our stay were the noisy guests in neighboring rooms that disrupted our peaceful getaway. Despite management's efforts to address the issue, the noise persisted, causing us to have a restless night.

The bathrooms are bright, impeccably spacious, and have large mirrors with bright lighting - perfect for make-up application. The staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs that are not watery, and there's a helpful kitchen staff member always ready to assist.

The elevator may have long waits during peak hours.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, perfect for the hot weather. the staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They really cared about making guests feel welcome and at home. the shuttle service was convenient, taking guests wherever they needed to go. the hotel was located in a quiet area away from traffic and noise, but still close to shopping malls and family homes.

The hotel was a little further away from restaurants and shops, so it may be more convenient to have a car for sightseeing. It would have been nice to have a kitchen or hotel restaurant for room service on those nights when you don't feel like going out to eat or bringing in outside food.

The hotel room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a fridge and microwave. the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions in the city.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. there was limited storage space in the room, which made it difficult for two people to comfortably store their belongings for an extended stay.

One downside was the long wait for the elevator when there were a lot of people coming in and out. It would be great if they could improve the elevator service to reduce the wait times.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was excellent! The value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a movie theater just minutes away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the helpful check-in process to the surprise birthday cupcakes they ordered for me. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and it's always been a favorite for us.

The morning meal could have been better. The eggs tasted artificial and the volume on the TVs during breakfast was too loud.
