The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was conveniently located near the airport and had easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious options, and the staff serving us were friendly and attentive. the room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the hotel could use some maintenance work, especially outside in the pool area.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, making me feel like I had a home away from home during my efforts to recover my identification. The shuttle services to the airport and Dolphin Shopping were also extremely convenient. I had a fantastic experience interacting with Byron at the bar, who provided great service and engaging conversations. Robert at the reception went above and beyond with a smile. my stay was comfortable, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service and assistance I received.

The pool, gym, meeting rooms, and outdoor patio were all great amenities. I also enjoyed the good bar and eating area with a delicious menu. The tomato bisque and cocktail I had were excellent.
