I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth with this hotel. The room was clean and super comfortable, and the staff treated me really well. Plus, the location was perfect for me, being close to everything I wanted to do.

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially if you have UAB medical visits. The skywalk connecting the hotel to the hospital made it extremely convenient for us. The room was comfortable and clean, with easy temperature control. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel, just three minutes away from the BJCC. Despite the minor parking issue, my stay was delightful and the contemporary room design added to my satisfaction. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to many restaurants and even a baseball game. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the free self-park option and the easy access to transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Birmingham. the value for money was great, compared to other options in the area. The prices were reasonable and it was a good deal for what we got. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were up to standard. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having two queen beds available. Plus, the breakfast included in our stay was a nice bonus, providing a good start to our day.

All in all, everything was fine during our stay at this hotel.

The 2nd-floor database was excellent with great air conditioning. Tori, the receptionist, was terrific. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and explained how to use the facilities with a smiling face. The location is perfect for UAB medical visits, with easy access via the skywalk to the hospital. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Check-in and check-out were quick and accommodating. The discount was a pleasant surprise for my retiree budget.

The sink in our room had running water problems, and the cooler wasn't working, surprising us as we were traveling with a baby. We also had to get ice to keep her milk cold.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to UAB and the hospital. It was very helpful for me as I had business to attend to in the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a pack n play for my baby.

On the downside, there were a couple of issues during my stay. my reservation was for four people but we only received towels for two.
