The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay. the breakfast provided was above average for a hotel breakfast. the location was convenient with restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby. Having everything needed nearby was a great advantage. it was a pleasant experience.

I was disappointed with the front desk service. They did not charge the correct rate and overcharged me by over $100 for my stay.

For the price we paid, Hampton Inn & Suites in Federal Way was a fancy hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great atmosphere. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway. The breakfast saved us a lot of time as each person could eat and shower at overlapping intervals. We also loved the extra pillows and blankets available in the room.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by having staff wipe down the tables during the meal period. Additionally, it would be great if the kitchen staff were more compassionate and understanding towards parents with multiple children.

We stayed at Hampton Inn while visiting Seattle for a baseball game and a trip to the water park. The property was excellent, with nice touches like oatmeal raisin and macadamia nut cookies at the front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Jason gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation. it was a great value and we will definitely stay here again!

Lastly, the breakfast was a standout feature, with a wide variety of healthy options included.

I recently stayed at a hotel for one night and was impressed by the level of customer service at this venue. The location was convenient for me as there were some highly recommended restaurants nearby. The staff were accommodating and quickly made arrangements for me, which I appreciated. In the hotel room, there were a variety of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee. The room itself was comfortable and had a sitting area that added to the overall ambience.
