The modern design and welcoming staff made a great impression, especially the convenient app check-in and clean gym & pool. Breakfast provided tasty options like pancakes and bacon, and local spots are within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with housekeeping being overly intrusive, and the bedding was uncomfortable, affecting our rest. A lack of clean towels also added to our dissatisfaction.

The complimentary breakfast offered a diverse range of options, making it a solid start to the day. The vibrant lobby atmosphere had a welcoming design, perfect for family hangouts or relaxing after a long day.

Unfortunately, several guests reported discomfort with bedding, with some noting that beds felt too flat or uncomfortable, which certainly isn't ideal for anyone trying to catch some Z's. There were also continuous complaints about a shortage of bath towels and linens, leading to a frustrating experience during stays. Plus, the noise from other guests, especially children, disrupted the peace, affecting overall comfort. Housekeeping could be a bit much, too—knocking loudly at doors even when 'Do Not Disturb' signs were displayed didn't help matters. Lastly, some amenities didn’t function as expected, like broken mini fridges, unfortunately impacting convenience during the stay.

Perfectly located for my work trip! The clean, modern vibe made my stay enjoyable, and I especially loved that it was just minutes away from everything I needed. Plus, the Wi-Fi was superb for my streaming needs!

But really, do we have to play dodgeball with the closet space? And let's talk about the mini fridge—leaking like it’s auditioning for a water feature!

The staff was incredible! There was this lady at the front desk, Wanda, she was like a ray of sunshine, always smiling and going the extra mile to help us out. Plus the lobby had these Foosball tables and a big screen TV which was a hit with the kids, like our own mini amusement park right there! Good vibes with a clean modern look too.

I gotta say it wasn't exactly budget-friendly though it was tolerable.

i loved my stay at tru by hilton audubon! the location is super convenient, only 10 mins from king of prussia, and they have a nice indoor pool. the lobby has a chill vibe with games and comfy seating, which was perfect for hangin out. breakfast was good enuf for a quick bite, and the staff was really friendly. special shoutout to wanda at the front desk, she really went above and beyond to help us out!

had a fun time at tru by hilton in audubon! the place is super clean and the lobby was chill with foosball tables. breakfast was decent with a few options and the staff was real nice. it was close to king of prussia mall, which was perfect for our shopping trip.

the rooms are a lil cramped and there was no coffee maker in the room which sucked. also, the mini fridge leaked water everywhere which was a hassle.

The lobby's vibrant atmosphere. really great for families with games and comfy seating. Location is super convenient for shopping and local attractions. Staff was welcoming and really made me feel at home.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety. and the heating system was a bit loud at times.
