The hotel had a modern and clean look, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the women working in the dining area were very kind.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Staten Island for a weekend getaway. The spacious and comfortable king bed in my room was a dream to sleep on, and the bathroom was a good size. The staff at the Front Desk were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also loved the fact that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the S.I. Ferry, making it convenient to explore the beautiful and interesting borough of Staten Island.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing a welcome back bag with a personalized handwritten note. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with nearby attractions such as the LOVE sign where I had a memorable singing and photo-taking moment with the Chief Officer. I was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism at this hotel.

Although my stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that I encountered. Upon check-in, there was some disorganization and confusion with the desk manager, resulting in a longer wait time.

The front desk clerk on Saturday night was extremely helpful and the young man in the breakfast area did a great job, despite being the only one there. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

Nearby, I found Lorenzo's Italian restaurant, located in the Hilton, to be a good choice for dinner. the amenities and services provided by the hotel exceeded my expectations.

We found a great place to stay while exploring the Staten Island area. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and the Staten Island mall. The business center allowed us to catch up on work and stay productive. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-maintained and had plenty of towels. The staff provided excellent service, particularly in their assistance with digital keys. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day. Lastly, we enjoyed the lovely view from our room's window, overlooking the surrounding area.

Some of the guests were not very considerate and caused a disturbance during our stay.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was great! We stayed there for a few days and found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. They even gave us extra shampoo and conditioner when we forgot to bring our own. The hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute drive from the Staten Island Ferry, making it easy for us to explore downtown/WTC and Times Square. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast area. It was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of seating for all types of guests. The food selection, both hot and cold, prepared and fresh, was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed starting our day there.
