The rooms were spacious with fold-out couches, perfect for big families or groups. The breakfast area offered a good variety of typical hotel breakfast items, including waffles, oatmeal, eggs, muffins. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs, such as promptly providing fresh towels for the swimming pool. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower facilities were top-notch.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor downsides. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak at times, making it a bit difficult to connect to the internet consistently.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. The room had a couch, 2 queen beds, a microwave, a mini fridge, and a large desk area. The hotel was conveniently located within about 10 minutes of the airport and close to everything in the city. We also appreciated the ample parking and the fact that it was near the highway.

I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Syracuse and couldn't be happier with my choice of accommodation. The location was perfect; close to everything Syracuse has to offer and within easy reach of the campus. I particularly appreciated the spacious and clean bathroom which came with all the necessary amenities. The service I received at check-in was prompt and friendly, and the breakfast was simply delicious. Additionally, the room was equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel was a bit more expensive than I was expecting.

This place was so convenient as it is close to everything Syracuse has to offer. It was easy to find and so close to the highway. The room amenities were fantastic and very comfortable, with air conditioning, ironing facilities, a tea and coffee maker, and TV. There was plenty of space to relax with a sitting area and a kitchenette. The staff was very accommodating and room service was just fantastic. Laundry was available, and it was great to have a hairdryer, bathtub, and free toiletries as well.

Highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Syracuse. The service at Hampton Inn was outstanding. When I needed towels for swimming, the front desk staff quickly provided fresh ones. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Plus, the bathroom and shower were the nicest I've seen in a hotel. This hotel offered incredible value and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Syracuse.

Excellent Service and Clean Facilities

During our recent stay at Hampton Inn, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. We arrived a little early but were checked in promptly, and the extra pillows we requested in advance were already in our room. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, although it didn't have a safe. The hotel's location outside downtown Syracuse made it convenient for us, and the area was quiet. We appreciated having a Jimmy Johns restaurant nearby for a quick bite.
