The decor was truly charming and elegant! I loved the spacious room with a double vanity, it made getting ready feel like an experience! Plus, we ended up staying an extra night because the bar and restaurant were just that good, we didn’t want to leave!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the experience we had, it was alright.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the bar/lounge, restaurant, free wi-fi, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost bracelet, showcasing their great care. I recommend trying the rooftop bar! I’m definitely coming back for the new year.

We experienced fantastic care from the staff during our stay. Their attention to our family needs after a loss was heartwarming. The coffee at The Parlour was excellent, and the ambiance made our time enjoyable. I loved the unique architecture and spacious rooms. We'll definitely return for another season!

The hotel's ambiance is delightful, blending history with modern comfort. The wood floors and brick walls charm you right away, and I had the most wonderful restful sleep. Dining options were excellent. I’d return just for the food!

But, darling, the showerhead had more calcium than a cheese factory! And if the headboard could talk, it would probably scream for some dusting.

I enjoyed the location near the river and had a cozy experience at the rooftop bar. The staff at the valet service were friendly and helpful. However, my room had a musty smell. The coffee shop was sometimes lacking staff when I visited. This trip was special as we explored the local boutiques together, which reminded me of my European travels. Overall, it was a nice stay, but some aspects didn’t meet my expectations.

I enjoyed 2 nights in a spacious room with a beautiful river view. The staff was friendly and truly went above and beyond, providing kind assistance throughout my stay. Don’t miss the delightful coffee bar! Be prepared for noise from room doors, but earplugs are available.

absolutely deplorable service. I waited for ages at the rooftop bar, while the manager chose to help the newcomers instead. My room was barely stocked—no body wash and only a scrap of toilet paper left! Honestly expected a welcome gift for all my troubles but was just treated like everyone else. Shocked, just shocked!

This hotel is like a half-finished project!!! Where's the fitness center and spa promised in the marketing? The elevator service is too slow and the pricing for food is inflated — nearly feels like a chain restaurant in disguise!!!

I had a delightful stay, especially loved the rooftop bar and the gourmet chocolates. however, dinner was a letdown, way too pricey for small portion sizes. Definitely returning!

Had a corner room with amazing views of the Mississippi! The brekkie was beyond delicious and super reasonably priced. The rooftop bar was a perfect chill spot after a long day exploring. Staff were just on point, super friendly and accommodating!

Only thing was the food was a tad salty, but still keen to give it another go next time!

Staying at The Charmant was a mixed bag for the room. The bed was comfy, and I loved the unique decor blending history and modern touches. The clawfoot tub in my junior suite was a nice bonus! However, there was a funky smell that lingered, and I kept bumping into the bed frame since it jutted out a bit too much. Clean bathroom with solid amenities though!
