During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was delighted by the complimentary chocolate truffles and the free upgrade to a luxurious room. the hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area, and the beautiful rooftop terrace offered a great atmosphere for dining and socializing.

There were a few aspects that I didn't appreciate. the cleanliness in the room was not up to par, with noticeable dust and items left untouched by the housekeeping staff.

The hotel was immaculately cleaned down to the white surfaces in the beautiful bathroom, with a view of the Mississippi. Breakfast was delicious and made even better by the very attentive waitress.
