Israel at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great dinner recommendations nearby. The hotel's location near the airport did not disturb our sleep at all. The complimentary shuttle service to the mall and Tampa International was very convenient, and the hotel's security measures made us feel safe. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable and had nice pillows. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

The only small issue was with the A/C in the room, as it didn't seem to cool the whole area evenly. However, it didn't affect my overall experience and I still had a pleasant stay.

The comfortable beds and early check-in were much appreciated, especially considering our tired state from traveling.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the to-go breakfast included a tasty breakfast sandwich. The staff was friendly and courteous.

We loved the chaise longue in the room, it was a nice touch. the fitness room was also great, allowing us to stay active during our stay. the location was perfect for us, close to the airport and other amenities. a great experience.

The breakfast could have been better. the eggs were tasteless and there was no bacon.
