My second time staying at this hotel and it has become my go-to in the area. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help. The location is perfect, just minutes away from Valley Forge and Washington Crossing.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The room size was ideal for one or two people with a king size bed. The TV had great HD quality. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was well-executed. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

Additionally, the late check-out time of noon was a huge bonus, allowing for a relaxed morning before leaving.

One major downside of this hotel was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear my neighbors clearly at all hours of the day and night, which was quite disruptive to my sleep.

The digital key didn't work on the day of my checkout and there was a problem with the actual key as well. there wasn't any discernible soundproofing as the noises from nearby rooms could be heard quite clearly.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone traveling to the Greater Philly expo center or events in Limerick. It's conveniently located near the main road and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, with good lighting and sufficient storage space. The continental breakfast in the morning has lots of options and is pretty good for the price.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Oaks and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was ideal for our trips to the area and the staff were friendly and attentive. The basic amenities provided were just what we needed and the rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, having a TV in both the bedroom and the living area was a convenient feature.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room, although small, met our needs perfectly and was newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast options were prepackaged, including muffins, bagels, oatmeal, and cereals. We enjoyed the fluffy and warm eggs with chunks of ham and cheese, along with the good coffee. Additionally, the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient, being in a super busy area with stores nearby and close to the Valley Forge area.

This hotel is situated in a great location. It's very close to everything, especially the Expo Center. The rooms are quite comfortable with accommodating shower heads for tall travelers. The service staff is friendly and will generously upgrade your room.

One aspect that is less than desirable is that the breakfast buffet may run out of food, like the fruit cup, and not be replenished, leaving guests hungry.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also convenient, with nearby restaurants and attractions. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
