The hotel was quite fresh and impeccably clean. I appreciated the excellent breakfast options that really hit the spot during my stay.

The walls seemed paper-thin—let’s just say I got a bit too familiar with my neighbors’ late-night chats. Oh, and that rolling bathroom door? Not exactly designed for privacy!

The breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Patrick, who made mornings enjoyable. The shower had a noticeable musty smell, which was disappointing.

Renovation noise starts at 6 am, making sleep impossible!!! Parking lot access is a hassle with poor pavement. Seat availability at check-in resulted in unnecessary waiting. Room decor feels outdated. Plumbing noises are quite bothersome!!!

Our recent stay surpassed expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Patrick, who made breakfast a delightful experience. The hotel is extremely clean and well-organized, with ample amenities like generous toiletries. The room was spacious and inviting. it’s clear they prioritize guest comfort. We will definitely return for another memorable stay.

I enjoyed the spacious indoor saltwater pool and the friendly breakfast staff, particularly Patrick, who engaged warmly with my kids. However, the musty smell in the room was off-putting at times.

I enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast options, especially the gluten-free choices, made my family feel welcome. Patrick, the breakfast staff member, truly went above and beyond to make our mornings enjoyable!

the room had a mini fridge and microwave which were very useful. the heat/cool fan was annoying while working at desk.

the pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after a long day. the musty smell in the room was noticeable at first.

The brekkie was actually stunning—big ups to the staff for being super friendly and catering to my gluten-free mate. The make-your-own waffles were a hit with the kiddos, and we always had coffee on hand. Felt lekker and comfortable in our room too!

Just a heads up, the noise from the renovations was a bit of a downer. wish they’d mentioned it before!

The pools were heaps good for unwinding, but the attitude of the front desk staff was right off. Chur to the awesome breakfast and friendly crew, though!
