I loved that every time I called, I spoke with a live person, no automated system. The free shuttle from/to the train station was convenient. Having hot cocoa and tea available 24/7 was a nice touch. The indoor pool and hot breakfast were great. The hotel had plenty of parking and the interior decor was beautiful and modern.

During our stay at a certain hotel, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that both my father and I were well taken care of. They even went as far as to provide us with rooms in close proximity, allowing me to be within earshot in case of any emergencies. What impressed me the most was their understanding and patience during check-out. My father, who has mobility issues, required extra time to get ready that day and unfortunately had an accident just before we were set to leave. Instead of rushing us, they kindly told us to take our time and only check out once we were ready. This level of courtesy was truly appreciated, and we felt valued throughout our stay.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and there were complementary coffee and tea available all day. the hotel was located near several restaurants and shops, including a grocery store. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The rooms were not well-maintained and seemed dated. the sheets had noticeable stains and the towels were thin and scratchy.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional - friendly and always willing to help. They went above and beyond, even providing me with birthday cards when I forgot my husband's. The shuttle drivers were great and made sure I didn't get car sick. The hotel was always well-stocked with fresh towels and coffee, and the pool and weight room were always clean.
