Big bright bathroom with good water, ample counter space, and nice lemony soap and shampoo from wall dispensers. Excellent alarm clock and nice TV with HBO. Convenient location near main roads and easy access to the Destiny Mall. the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. the breakfast was more than expected with a variety of options and constantly replenished by the staff. Save money when traveling with a family. a great place to stay in Syracuse.

Room had some cleanliness issues like a sticky remote and leftover food in the fridge. Lack of storage space in the room for longer stays.

I got great value for my money at Tru By Hilton North Airport Area. The room was modern, open, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

This hotel offered excellent value for the money. The location was perfect – close to the bus station, falls and in a bright open area with easy access to everything. The rooms with 2 double beds were clean, comfortable and included basic amenities as well as an excellent breakfast.
