The employees were very nice and helpful during our stay. the breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. It was convenient to have a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in during our city break.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, with hairs on the shelves, tub, and floor. the room had a bad smell and there were handprints on the table near the bed.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Tampa for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Victoria who made sure we could check in early and kept us updated on room availability. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast and a convenient airport shuttle. the friendly staff, comfortable room, and great value made our stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating our early check-in request and even calling us when our room was ready. The room itself was spacious, updated, and impeccably clean. We loved having a small fridge, coffee machine, and microwave in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the airport and the activities we were involved in that day. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of choices that were constantly replenished. It was a great start to our day.

The breakfast served had a good variety, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits, and yogurt. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area, which was a nice extra. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

The rooms lacked storage space and some amenities, such as a minibar or a way to open windows for fresh air. Service wasn't always satisfactory, with long waits and unapologetic staff.

Came off a cruise ship early in the morning and got straight into our room - great bonus. Victoria in reception is WONDERFUL - nothing is too much trouble. Help yourself to tea & coffee. The location is perfect near the airport, but no airplane noise. Beds were ridiculously comfortable, the pillows were like clouds, and the comforter was super comfortable as well. The breakfast was very well done and the people were very nice!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were handled efficiently. the cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, with everything being nice and clean upon arrival. Additionally, the hot breakfast offered was a pleasant surprise, ensuring that I started my day with a satisfying meal.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly care for during my stay. the first was the small outdoor pool, which didn't offer much space for relaxation and recreation.
