I was seriously frustrated with the noise level in my room. The walls seemed paper-thin, allowing every little sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms to interrupt my sleep. There was also a broken lamp that posed a safety hazard. this should have been addressed long before my arrival. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and overwhelmed by these issues during my stay.

The breakfast options included an impressive variety of breads, pastries, yogurt, and delicious hot food like waffles.

The sound-proofing in the rooms needs improvement, as noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms can easily be heard.

Chur, the room was choice, heaps comfy! But the spa was broken, which was a bummer. Great breakfast options, though! Would stay again if they fix the spa.

We had the swimming pool to ourselves for a bit in the morning, which was awesome. my daughter thought it was a deluxe setup, simply amazed by everything, including the fresh, clean linens and that sweet mini fridge , perfect for keeping our snacks cold.

It wasn't exactly a steal , but for what we got, I'd say it was worth it.

We loved having the swimming pool all to ourselves in the morning and the chocolate waffles were a hit with the kids! The fitness center was well-equipped, and they even had fresh cookies waiting for us at check-in. Only downside was the bathroom door didn't offer much privacy, but it didn't take away from our great experience. 😊

We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who offered fresh cookies at check-in. The breakfast had a great variety, including hot options, which was a wonderful start to our day. Just be mindful of the bathroom design if privacy is a concern.

Room was comfy with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, seating area, and sofa bed. Loved the flat-screen TV and alarm clock. Shower had strong water pressure. Indoor pool was great, but the spa was down. Fitness center was solid too. Breakfast was impressive with fluffy eggs and waffles. Cookies were nice on check-in.

the staff here were super friendly, like old pals! the indoor pool was a blast, and the complimentary breakfast was great—hot protein items daily! no steps to navigate, just chill seating areas.
