The room at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely lovely with a great location. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable atmosphere, as well as the friendly staff. Coming back to the hotel after a busy day in the city was peaceful and relaxing. The rooftop and lobby bars were both excellent, offering a nice place to unwind. The interconnecting rooms worked perfectly for my family with older children.

The rooftop bar service was quite slow, both in taking our order and receiving our drinks. Additionally, the storage in the rooms was limited and the hairdryer had an unusually short cable.

The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, just steps away from Times Square. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful lobby bar and a great rooftop bar for a fun atmosphere. The staff is friendly and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the gym is fully equipped, clean, and open 24 hours, perfect for fitness enthusiasts like me.

This hotel is centrally located and close to all the action. There is a subway station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. I really appreciated the room service and laundry service. The room amenities were great, including the flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities.

This place is not the best for families, but it is perfect for couples or solo travelers.

We stayed in a hotel that had an awesome location in the center, just two streets from Junior's where we enjoyed a great breakfast. The room was well furnished with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was clean and provided basic amenities. We received good room service. The breakfast and service were great, and we enjoyed a great view of Time Square from our window. it was an awesome experience with great facilities and services.

One of the aspects that we did not appreciate was the lack of staff at the self-check-in counter, which led to a delay in receiving our room keys.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, just steps away from Time Square and close to all the attractions like Central Park, 5th Avenue, and the M&M store. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with themed floors, artist memorabilia on display, and a great rooftop bar. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that there was a Zibetto Espresso just a block away, perfect for my morning coffee fix. this hotel was in a prime location and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our new year stay was amazing! We loved the beautiful decor with rock-and-roll memorabilia, making it so much fun to take pictures throughout the hotel. the staff were warm and friendly, making us feel at home. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the breathtaking view from our window was mesmerizing, and the key location of the property made it easy for us to explore the city and find great restaurants.

One thing we didn't like was the tipping culture in the city, which we found to be quite overwhelming and expensive. We also felt that the size of the room was slightly smaller than expected, making it a bit challenging to navigate with our luggage.

The interiors of the hotel were newly refurbished and felt clean and new. the rooms, although small, had nice decor and pleasant air conditioning. the gym facilities were fully equipped, clean, and open 24 hours, which was perfect for a fitness enthusiast like me. the location of the hotel was great, being close to popular attractions and having easy access to the subway.

The check-in process was not smooth, with some of the staff being rude and unhelpful. the food at the rooftop was not as tasty as it looked, and the wait for service at the lobby area was too long in the evenings.

Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and luxurious. We were amazed by the exclusive amenities, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area that served special diet menus. the room was outstanding and had private facilities, making it an invigorating stay.

We had a minor issue with the night club as there were quite a few people there, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the live entertainment.
