We stayed at Hartford Hotel Best Western for our family vacation, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel room comfortably accommodated our family of five, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and we appreciated the mini fridge in our room for storing food and drinks. The staff was friendly and always provided excellent room service, leaving our room clean and organized with fresh towels. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from a shopping center and very close to the city center. Being next to the highway made it so convenient for us to explore the area. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always on point. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe. We were thrilled to have a refrigerator and a microwave in our room, which made it easy to store and prepare our own meals. The television was great, and we loved relaxing in the comfortable bed after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and excellent service.
