I recently stayed at Hatcher Pass Cabins for a couple of nights and it was a perfect, cosy cabin. The location was great, not too remote but still had a "far away" feel. The cabin itself was clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The small wall furnace provided ample heat. The breakfast choices provided by the owner were delicious, with bagels, English muffins, eggs and sausages available for guests to prepare in the cabin. The proximity to Independence Mine, Hatcher Pass, and Wasilla made it easy to explore the area.

Independence Mine and Hatcher Pass were just a short drive away, while Palmer and Wassila were easily accessible. The paved roads were a relief for our rental car. we loved our stay and would highly recommend these cabins.
