I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Parma. the staff at Nh were incredibly helpful and made check-in a breeze. Throughout my stay, they were always available to answer any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a spacious superior room with comfortable furnishings. the room was clean, fresh, and had modern fixtures. the bathroom was larger than expected and the shower had great pressure. the fitness center was small but well-maintained with enough equipment for a workout. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the city center and easy access to transportation. it was a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The free breakfast and wi-fi were nice perks, and the proximity to the train station made getting around a breeze. the room itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for me and my family, and the shower was great!

The staff was rude and unaccommodating throughout our entire stay. Our requests for extra towels were met with eye rolls, and one employee even made a snarky comment about our American accents.

Staying here was a delight. The location of this hotel is ideal with the train station just a stone's throw away. The staff were exceptional and provided me with room service and laundry, which was a blessing during my busy schedule. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities for a quick energy boost. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had an ample variety of choices to suit different tastes.

I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Parma. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the NH hotel provided a great experience.
