I got great value for my money at Hawthorn. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could be improved with better cleaning of the breakfast area and more signage for guests to clean up after themselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the breakfast at Hawthorn was amazing and the staff was very friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the fully equipped refrigerator that also had an ice maker. the hotel overall provided a great experience, with easy access and plenty of parking. the reception staff was always friendly and the beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the lovely view from my room.

I recently stayed at Hawthorn Suites in Naples for a 10-day stay when we were in the process of moving. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were excellent. One of the highlights was the free beer and wine night on Wednesday evening, where we enjoyed complimentary burgers and chips. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a great variety of choices. Hawthorn Suites made us feel right at home with their amazing managers and comfortable accommodations.

We loved the pool, gym, and spacious rooms with a kitchen. The breakfast included warm scrambled eggs, sausage, and even fresh waffles. The hotel offered complimentary drinks and appetizers from 5-7pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was helpful and kind, and the parking was convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and easy access to the town center. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and plenty of amenities like free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor heated swimming pool, which were both very relaxing and well-maintained.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The room was spacious and had a fantastic kitchenette with a full-size fridge. The pool area, along with the hot tub and bbq area, was crowded with non-guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during Hurricane Ian. They provided flashlights and batteries when the power went out. The hotel was clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.

The hotel facilities, especially the heated pool and jacuzzi, were super clean and had pool noodles and toys for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided us with chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. The breakfast options were great, with different choices available daily, and the coffee was the best!

We stayed at a hotel in the Naples area and found that it was too far from the beach and attractions. The location made it hard to commute. We had a basic room with dated furniture, the bathroom needed cleaning and had a poor shower pressure. Breakfast was average, but service was friendly. Although, we could not find any particular facilities or room advantages.

The hotel was conveniently located near local restaurants and within walking distance to attractions. the breakfast menu had a large selection, offering something for everyone's preferences. the hotel was set back from a busy road, making it quieter and more peaceful.
