Sophie at the front desk, Joe, Diane, and Celeste at Fireside Bar made my birthday stay at The Moran truly memorable. Sophie went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations with her exceptional service. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area on foot and enjoy amazing restaurants. The staff was accommodating and brought us a complimentary mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the extras in the room like cotton swabs and makeup remover were a nice touch. The front desk staff, especially Sophie, were friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff, fresh smell, nice and clean. Front desk was accommodating, room had an awesome view, very spacious. Upgraded to a bigger room free of charge, clean upon arrival with efficient space. Manager greeted us warmly, complimentary wine provided. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Attractions and shopping nearby, friendly staff and clean pool.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel - it was close to restaurants and shops in City Center, making it easy to explore and find great places to eat and shop. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the covered parking garage. The staff were friendly and always greeted me when passing by.

Noisy and disruptive guests on the 8th floor, preventing a peaceful sleep throughout the night. Sharp bed frame caused an injury due to the constant interruptions. Lack of signage in the lobby made it difficult to find reception, leading to unnecessary confusion and stress. Non-guests also confused and seeking directions, adding to the overall chaos.

Great staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping. Convenient location with restaurants, shops, and a movie theater within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable with amenities such as custom coffee. Mixed-use complex is a unique feature compared to typical business hotels. Views of the surrounding area are impressive.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in City Centre couldn't be better - it's one of the best districts in Houston with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The service here was top-notch, with exceptional staff who greeted us promptly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, a sitting area to relax in, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the view. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the option for 24-hour room service.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the comfortable bed and peaceful nights of sleep. The hotel's convenient location surrounded by restaurants made it easy for us to find meals without having to go far. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. I recently stayed in a hotel in a bustling area, close to many restaurants and shops. The location was perfect for a woman traveling alone to feel safe and enjoy exploring the city. The room was comfortable and cozy with everything I needed for a great stay, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from and was a great start to my day.

The shuttle service could have been improved to expand the range of commuting options.

I recently stayed at The Moran Citycentre and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the energy corridor, making it easy for me to commute to my meetings. The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The Monna Lisa rooftop bar/lounge was definitely a highlight with its outstanding views. I would highly recommend The Moran Citycentre for anyone visiting Houston.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch, and we also appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar had amazing views and was a highlight of our stay.

The pool was quite small and always seemed crowded. But, overall, it didn't detract from our enjoyable stay.
