Great location and clean rooms. Had issues with check-in wait time.

Clean and quiet room, quick and friendly check-in, loved the tree house restaurant, unfortunately didn't have time for the outdoor pool.

The staff was friendly, beds comfortable, clean linens and bathroom, nice breakfast buffet, reasonable price, added discount.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as we wanted to attend a theater event nearby. We were able to walk to the theater and there were also other restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and we had a great dining experience at the restaurant on the premises.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel did not offer room service, which was inconvenient.

The hotel offered a 24-hour coffee bar, which was a great perk for me as a coffee lover. the wifi was also excellent, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of dining options available, including a nice breakfast buffet and a bar with a good selection of IPA's.

Upon check-in, I experienced some frustrations with the clerk locating my online reservation. I also heard complaints from other guests about the broken elevator.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, great pool, delicious restaurant, good value for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Hotel in Lancaster! The value for money was unbeatable and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the Dutch Apple Theatre within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety and options.

The hotel was conveniently located close to shops and area restaurants, and right next door to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. The room was decent and clean, and the bathroom was up to par. The staff was courteous and friendly. Although the breakfast was not included, there was a restaurant on-site.

The pool was minuscule and not at all inviting.

Clean, well maintained. Adequate parking. Pet-friendly for an extra fee. Quiet atmosphere. Would consider returning. Well-regarded restaurant, but couldn't bring our dog to the patio.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a restaurant on the premises was convenient and affordable. The staff, from the manager who assisted us at check-in to the friendly staff in the bar and restaurant, were excellent. The hotel's location near a shopping center and right off Route 30 was a bonus.

Comfortable beds with cozy pillows and duvets. AC/Heat works well with the option to open windows. Well-maintained facilities. Tasty buffet breakfast included. Popular restaurant and tap house with an enjoyable atmosphere.

As foreign tourists, we loved the great location and how friendly everyone was at the hotel. It was a relaxing stay with ridiculously comfortable beds. The staff was always pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We were very happy with the accommodations. Loxley's restaurant at the hotel was also wonderful, with excellent food. Despite a loud party happening nearby, we were able to ignore it and enjoy our stay. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the highway.

We felt totally at home during our stay at the hotel, with no reason to complain.
