Exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed.

I faced a few challenges during my stay. The noise from the nearby Interstate was quite overwhelming, making it hard to relax in my room. Additionally, the WiFi setup was tedious since I had to register my personal information to access it for free, which felt unnecessary when I just wanted to connect. Overall, while I appreciated some aspects, these issues did impact my experience significantly.

My family and I had a cozy stay at Hampton Inn Las Vegas/Summerlin. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds, and I was delighted to find high-quality toiletries. The zero products in the bathroom were a nice touch! The breakfast, featuring pancakes and fresh fruits, exceeded our expectations and was comparable to a restaurant meal. The staff was friendly and helped create a warm atmosphere, making our mornings pleasant.

While my overall experience was positive, the location is quieter than expected—ideal for some but not great if you're after the lively Vegas vibe. Also, the setup for Wi-Fi was a bit tedious, needing personal info just to connect. Some minor noise from outside could be heard, but it was manageable overall.

The American pancakes at breakfast were a dreamy delight! Plus, the comfort of the clean rooms and accommodating staff made my stay just superb. I couldn't get enough of the warm and welcoming vibes.

The noise from the interstate was debilitating!!! Cleanliness needs improvement, particularly in the elevators and hallways!!! The Wi-Fi setup is inconvenient—having to register is just unnecessary!!! Weak follow-up on complaints could also be better!!!
