I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to walk to Marienplatz and explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made sure I had everything I needed, even making dinner reservations for me. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served each morning. It was a great way to start the day!

This was especially convenient during our Christmas stay, as we were able to easily explore and enjoy the festive atmosphere. We were able to easily explore all the main tourist attractions and discover the entire area. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, with a cool glass divide in the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the complimentary mineral water everyday.

That there was no elevator reaching the upper floors, so we had to carry our luggage up steep stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The rooms were big and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a sauna and a fitness center. We highly recommend this venue to everyone.
