I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect- I could walk or ride bikes to anywhere on 30A. It was great being right by some good restaurants and biking distance from Seaside. The room itself was great- I rented a bike and was literally a hop, skip, and jump away from 30A for a terrific bike ride. The staff here were friendly and had prepared our place well, then gave us privacy, and they were always prompt in responding to my messages. The amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. This place went above and beyond at all times and made my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I rented a bike and was literally a hop, skip, and jump away from 30A for a terrific bike ride. Plus, this place is within walking distance of a dozen restaurants and bike trails leading everywhere. The service was outstanding- the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond at all times. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the coffee was strong and tasty. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The garden area was lovely and provided a peaceful and shaded spot to relax.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved the location near the state park, just a 3-minute ride or a 30-minute walk. The coffeehouse had delicious waffles and fruit n yogurt smoothies, worth the drive. The boutique hotel had well-laid out and clean rooms, with extra cleaning products available. The grounds were shaded and the breakfast had plenty of choice and strong, tasty coffee. It was also a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The coffee shop at the hotel had a great selection of organic coffee and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a short walk to the beach. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely garden with beautiful landscaping, which added to the overall charm of the place.

The towels provided at the hotel were rough and uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the room we stayed in was quite small and lacked adequate space.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse! The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful design aesthetic reminiscent of the Hemingway House. The staff, especially Warren and Kurt, were incredibly accommodating and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast served in the cafe was delicious and fueled me up for a day of exploring. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, allowing me to easily access local activities like kayaking and shopping in nearby Seaside. my experience at the Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Being surrounded by the woods, it felt like a peaceful retreat very close to the beach. The shuttle service was a great convenience, making it easy to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort in any weather. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the spacious sitting area and dining table. The patio outside was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the garden. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected.

The location of the guesthouse was pretty close to Grayton beach, making it convenient for us to spend our days by the Gulf Coast. We also liked that there were two different restaurants close by for suppers, giving us options for dining. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee shop downstairs, where we could grab a quick cup of coffee before heading out for the day.

It felt cramped and lacked space for us to comfortably get ready in the mornings.

This bed and breakfast was a true unexpected delight! the quirky décor was enchanting, and every corner offered a new surprise. the establishment had a charming vibe that made us feel right at home. it was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, making it the perfect spot for exploring the city. We truly appreciated the microwave and fridge in our room, as well as the delightful complimentary breakfast. the waffles were divine!

While the location was convenient for exploring the area, it was a bit further from the beach than anticipated. Given the incredibly hot weather, it was a little bit of a trek carrying all our beach gear.

Great location, cozy accommodations, delicious breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Hope to return and try a different apartment.

The location was amazing, close to the beach with clear water and white sand. The room was comfortable with great decor. The breakfast options were flexible and delicious. The atmosphere outside was lovely, with seating areas all around and a porch outside our room.
