The location is great, right on the beach. The room is clean and spacious, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds are comfortable and the view is nice. a recommended place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, situated right on the beach with a beautiful view from our balcony. The staff, especially Michelle at reception and Claire and Catalina in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure our bottle of champagne was delivered smoothly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself was pretty new and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. We also appreciated the dining options on-site and the availability of ironing facilities. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to families.

The only downside we encountered was the ongoing beach construction during our stay. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the beach, which was a shame.

The free wi-fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage were very convenient. The fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic, and the flat-screen TV in the room was a great bonus. The hotel had a lift, beach access, and a private beach. We were happy that pets were allowed and that the entire hotel was air-conditioned. We also appreciated that there was no smoking on site. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone we know!

The hotel restaurant serves delicious food with enchanting views. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary late check-out, which is a great convenience for families.

The hotel is a bit far from other restaurants and places for an evening walk, but having a car solves this issue.

As a business traveler, I was impressed by the range of amenities offered at this resort. We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay twice because of the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning ocean and pool views from the room. the staff was quick to address any issues, such as the lack of light in the room, and promptly provided a lamp, which was very helpful. I appreciated the presence of a microwave and mini fridge in the room, allowing for more flexibility in storing drinks.

the valet parking service was the only option and it was quite expensive at $25 per day. It would have been better to have the choice to self-park.

Located near the beach, this hotel offered us easy access to the water and had great beach chairs and towels available. we enjoyed the spacious, clean room that was perfect for our family. the hotel's inclusion of bikes was a big plus, even though the two bikes provided were worn out.

The hotel staff was not proactive in communicating about this issue, and the hotel manager was dismissive when we raised our concerns.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us a complimentary late check out which made our stay with the kids much more convenient. Another highlight was the attached restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast by the pool multiple times. The staff went out of their way to make our meals enjoyable. The beach and pool area were well maintained and the beds in our room were extremely comfortable. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
