The location was perfect, as it was very close to all landmarks in-and-around Hilo and just a few minutes' drive to Rainbow Falls. The house itself was beautiful, with a peaceful and spacious ambiance. I loved the architecture and the decor, including the books and decorative objects throughout the home. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with nice bedding. It was great value for my family of four, as we had three separate bedrooms. Additionally, the on-site staff was helpful when I left a bag behind and allowed me to retrieve it.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The free parking was a huge plus. The communal area was spacious and well-lit, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There wasn't much signage around the property, so it was unclear if we were allowed to use the kitchen or not. It would have been helpful to have a mirror in our bedroom, and a chair would have been nice too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was ideal for exploring all the famous landmarks in and around Hilo. It was just a short drive away from Rainbow Falls and the town center, making it so convenient. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, especially the ones with the private bathrooms. I loved the attention to detail, like the Japanese soaking tub in the bathroom, which added an extra touch of luxury. I was very satisfied with the basic amenities provided and the value for money.

I recently stayed at a beautiful vacation rental in Hilo for a few nights. The house was huge and had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the wifi was excellent. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown Hilo but still far enough to avoid the noisy hustle and bustle. I especially loved the three different relaxation areas, and the upstairs lanai offered stunning views. it was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend.
