We had booked a room through a third-party website and were initially informed that we wouldn't have access to the benefits of our Hilton Honors membership. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and allowed us to enjoy the privileges we were entitled to. This gesture truly made us feel valued as guests.

Although there were no significant drawbacks during our stay, we did encounter a few minor issues. The air conditioning system in our room made a loud clicking sound at times, which was a bit bothersome.
