We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool that we shared with only one other room. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impeccable. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the Ubud market and city center.

the whole energy of this place was magical. the bed was very comfortable and the villa itself was a dream. the staff was incredibly nice. the alternative place offered by management was even better, with spacious rooms, a private deck, and a beautiful pool. There are still a few things to finish off, but overall, it was a peaceful and lovely stay. the free shuttle to the city center was a nice bonus.

We loved the private pool villa, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast options were delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. the service was top-notch and we highly recommend this hotel.

our experience at this 4-star hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Tia the receptionist. The location was also great for us. It was a bit far from the center of Ubud, but it was fine since we were happy to take a taxi or scooter. Additionally, the property itself was stunning, with a cute villa and a private pool. The breakfast was amazing and they even delivered it to our room. We also enjoyed the Indonesian cuisine they offered. The pool was small but just right, and the garden area was well maintained. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient and the 24-hour reception was very helpful.

In terms of cons, the hotel is a little bit far away from the center of Ubud. However, this is easily manageable if you're happy to take a taxi or scooter.
