Great breakfast, but some issues

The breakfast here was really good, lots of options, and the staff were super friendly. Had a bit of a plumbing issue with alarms going off for ages, though. the hot tub was out of order, which was kinda disappointing. The atmosphere could use a little freshening up too, as I noticed some smoke smell in the room.

Comfortable lobby for relaxation. Elevator to small parking garage. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had fresh, warm food with a nice selection. Easy access to mall and other shopping.

the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of freshly made options. the staff in the dining area were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my meal. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for a comfortable stay. the hotel's proximity to the orthopedic hospital was incredibly convenient for me, as I have stayed here multiple times before surgeries. the staff, particularly Casey, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
