The hotel's location is perfect for a visit to Disneyland. The spacious room provided a comfortable stay. Despite a small inconvenience with the AC system, our room was well-maintained and clean.

It was easy to get to the theme park as it was situated close by or within walking distance. The hotel’s ambiance was also aesthetic, which provided a comforting atmosphere. The size of the room was spacious with a modern touch, and had a great view of the park.

The staff wasn't helpful at times and didn't provide proper service, such as not helping with our luggage or checking in.

Christmas at our hotel was amazing! We got complementary hot chocolate and cookies every night. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to the theme parks and top restaurants. Also, the room was spacious and very clean, we loved it.

We were very disappointed not to have a pool or breakfast included in our stay. It was also frustrating that no one answered our phone calls when we needed to change our reservation.
