I got great value for my money at this Holiday Inn Express! The room was cozy and well-utilized, with everything I needed. The location in Condado was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, especially when it comes to the pancakes and waffles.

The air conditioning system in the rooms was a major downside. It was low to the floor and couldn't be adjusted, which made the room very cold and uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic, just a minute's walk to a beautiful beach with great waves. We also loved how close we were to all the shops, restaurants, and even a hospital. The front desk staff and maintenance crew were absolutely amazing - they were the nicest people we met in Puerto Rico and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. The lobby was inviting and the tour counter was a helpful resource. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff made me feel so comfortable and at-home. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel's convenient location in the center of Condado made it easy to access the beach, nearby bars, and Orrozco's restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the fluffy pillows provided a great level of comfort. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were fantastic for both swimming and relaxation. The included breakfast and the nearby convenience store were also big pluses.

I gotta say, we really got bang for our buck at this hotel. The room was super comfy and made for a restful and relaxing evening. The location was prime, just a hop across the street to the beach. And let me tell you, the staff were top-notch. Friendly and helpful all the way.

Now, if there's one thing I'd improve about the morning meal, it would be the variety. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but a bit more choices would've been nice.

The hotel we stayed at had two great complementary features: the gym and the breakfast. the gym was well-equipped and allowed us to stay on track with our fitness during our vacation. the breakfast had a good variety of options and saved us time and money. the hotel was also located near many restaurants and the beach, making it very convenient for romantic walks.

I have to say that our romantic escape was not entirely enjoyable due to some negative aspects of the hotel. the room was not as clean and tidy as we had expected, with crumpled sheets and dirty carpets.
