Classy lobby with potential for improvement

The lobby of Hilton Raleigh North Hills impresses with its elegant design and welcoming atmosphere. my stay was marred by outdated rooms, a non-functional hot tub, and inconsistent service. The friendly staff helped, but significant improvements are needed for a truly enjoyable experience.

I couldn't believe the noise from kids running around in the hall all evening! It was so disruptive that I called the front desk, but they didn’t do anything. I barely slept with all the commotion. Total letdown!

Convenient access to downtown and nearby parks makes it a great choice!

I really enjoyed how easy it was to explore the city from here, with downtown just a quick drive away and several lovely parks like Pullen Park and Marsh Creek Park only a few kilometers away, perfect for a weekend stroll or a picnic! The hotel also offers solid amenities like a nice dining area and friendly staff, which adds to the experience. the cleanliness of the hallways could be improved to match the otherwise pleasant surroundings.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend rest in Raleigh, great for the money. The food was awesome.

Exceptional location. The bed was comfortable. But, the experience quickly deteriorated. Room service failed to impress; my kids’ half-baked pizza and my small salad missed the mark. Requesting a luggage cart over two days yielded no results. With young children, that was frustrating. The pool was not enjoyable due to simultaneous swim classes. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and a broken coffee maker took time to replace. Topping it off, parking fees and no microwave in the room added to my disappointment. The hotel has potential, but poorly executed service and amenities need immediate attention.

The chef at the restaurant was fantastic, serving truly delicious food. The bartender was super friendly and made great drinks. The pool area is a nice spot to relax, even though the hot tub was under construction. The staff was generally attentive and helpful, making check, in and check, out smooth processes. Plus, the location is convenient, close to shopping and dining options.

The rooms were a bit outdated and cleanliness could be improved; I found wires hanging out of the outlets.

The room had a nice layout, but it felt dated with stained curtains and dusty lampshades. The bed was comfortable, but the mattress sagged, detracting from overall comfort. Temperature control was an issue, as the HVAC system was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep. There was a pleasant shower-head with great water pressure, but the bathroom was cramped. Although the view overlooked HVAC units, the location was convenient. The room was clean, but there were signs of wear throughout. Staff interaction was mixed; some were friendly, while others seemed disinterested.

The hotel surprised with its inviting lobby and friendly staff. ordering room service was a letdown; the pizza for my kids was undercooked, and my salad was scant. After two frustrating days of requesting a luggage cart, the struggle with my two kids and one working elevator dampened my experience. The room showed signs of neglect, with a malfunctioning AC and poor cleanliness. The excitement of an indoor pool was marred when I found it shut down. While the ambiance was pleasant, the high price didn’t match the level of care provided.

The indoor pool was a joy after a long travel day! I loved lounging on the sun terrace with a refreshing drink. The breakfast bar was delicious and set me up for a perfect day ahead.

The staff was helpful and made my stay easier. The free breakfast was fresh and filled me up for the day.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the experience, it's still reasonable.

The staff was very accommodating, providing a fan upon request, which was great for my hot-natured companion. We also liked that there was a variety of breakfast meat options available, including turkey bacon for those who do not eat pork. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the lively coffee/lounge area was a nice place to unwind after a day of adventures.

The pool was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. The fitness center allowed my wife and me to sneak in a workout while the children played, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver for keeping everyone connected.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the children's play area.
