We had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect for us, being close to the airport and shops. Additionally, we enjoyed the fact that the room was comfortable and clean.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not thrilled about. First, the shower could have been hotter, but that's just a personal preference.

We arrived early at 1 p.m. and our room wasn't ready. However, the hotel quickly found us an available room so we could relax after a long journey. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The hotel's location near the airport and the historic city was very convenient, allowing us to explore easily. The breakfast was delicious and the check-out process was efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport for a weeklong business trip. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant staff was particularly helpful, providing great service and suggestions for local activities. The lobby area was lovely and I enjoyed the complimentary ice water with fresh fruit. The hotel also had a nice little pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was convenient, with a nearby $3 express bus to downtown Charleston and easy access to shopping outlets and the airport shuttle.

The noise level from other guests. Walls seem to be thin causing a lot of noise to seep into our room.
