Conveniently close to restaurants and gelato shops. The rooms have comfortable beds, good linens, and a cozy couch. The gym is well-equipped and offers refreshing RO water.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering cold bottles of water upon arrival. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. the location was convenient, with nice restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were visible stains on the bathroom floor and a hair in the shower. the parking fees were quite expensive, adding to the overall cost of the stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Samantha and John, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Samantha provided excellent service by attending to my needs, offering recommendations, and surprising me with a lovely treat in my room. John ensured a smooth check-out and even had my car ready for my early departure. The service in the bar was also great. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a breathtaking mountain view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the reception staff was friendly. The hotel's location in the Biltmore area of the city was convenient for accessing all the events and attractions in this vibrant area of Phoenix.

The Camby exceeded our expectations with chic and glamorous decor, exceptional service, and a great location. Artizen restaurant served a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed easy access to nearby hiking. we highly recommend this Autograph Collection property.

We had a great stay at the Camby, Autograph Collection. The hotel has a stylish and upscale vibe, with beautiful marble and wall coverings throughout. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Scottsdale shopping and dining. The room was comfortable and spacious, with high-quality beds and modern amenities like a Bluetooth-capable alarm and connected TV. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and temperature, and we appreciated the convenience of the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The pool, although smaller, was enjoyable with sprinklers to keep the temperature down. the hotel had character and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The hotel room showed signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and were always available to help with any questions or requests we had. the location of the hotel was also fantastic. It was centrally located, making it easy to access all parts of the city. Plus, it was surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options, giving us plenty to do during our stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing us with a cozy space to unwind after a long day of exploring.

One aspect that was a little disappointing was the undisclosed charge for car valet. It would have been helpful to know about this extra cost upfront, as it added to the overall expense of the stay.

The hotel is located very close to great shopping and restaurant options. the service was excellent, with staff being efficient and accommodating. complimentary bottles of water were offered, which was a nice touch.

There was no free parking available, and valet was the only option. Another negative aspect was the lack of a hot tub or spa on the property.
