The location was perfect, the hotel was clean, and the flavored water in the lobby area was a nice touch.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to answer any questions. the location was great, convenient for getting to appointments and also great for exploring the area on foot. the rooms were comfortable with above standard amenities, making it easy to relax and get work done. Plus, the food options were a pleasant surprise, with a variety of choices and great taste.

One aspect that could be improved is the parking situation. There was a surprise fee for parking, which was not clearly communicated during check-in.

We loved our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The suite was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space to move around. The location was fantastic, with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Rosie who made sure we didn't have to wait to check in. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel had a mini fridge, which was convenient for us as we were travelling by car. we had a wonderful experience!

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, with lovely complimentary toiletries. We opted for a room with a view and patio, which was totally worth it. We also loved being right next to the Children's museum, which made it easy to explore. The breakfast had several options to choose from, which were included for the value.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden in Chattanooga. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. I also loved that they provided grab-and-go breakfast bags, a great touch during these times. The pool and gym facilities were clean and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chattanooga.

As a budget traveler, I loved the great location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, the discovery museum, and the aquarium.
