The location of this hotel was very handy, right off the Interstate, with gas stations and a restaurant nearby. It was great for traveling on I-84. The rooms were located inside the building, which made me feel much safer. The basic amenities were nice, with a generous-sized fridge to keep perishables, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.

All was satisfactory.

We decided to stay in this area as there's a cozy little dining area with a restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, there isn't much around in terms of interesting attractions. We didn't choose between the BW and the Holiday Inn Express, but we were curious about both options as they're right next to each other. Our room had a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The staff was friendly, but not outstanding. The breakfast was pretty good, but not exceptional.

The gym could use some improvements, as the equipment is outdated.

It was conveniently situated near the highway, making it easy to access, but far enough away from the noise of the traffic. Additionally, our room had a great view, overlooking the mountains. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, location, and breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel and I must say I had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great rooms with good facilities and a bathroom that is clean and well-maintained. Also, the rooms have a great view of the mountains which is just fantastic. The hotel is located in a great area with nothing of interest around but it's also close to other motels so it's easy to find. The staff were great and offer good service that is top-notch. Also, the breakfast was really good! Scrambled eggs, sausage, and hot coffee, all for free!

The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the staff, especially Becky at the front desk, was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the breakfast had a diverse range of options, including delicious cinnamon rolls and pancakes from a pancake maker.

There were a few issues during our stay. the TV cable only worked when the hall light was on, which was a bit annoying.

As young families, we loved the comfortable beds and modern furniture in our clean room. The mountain view was a nice touch. The location was perfect - just off the interstate, yet quiet. Sherrie's restaurant was a short walk away, making dining convenient. The breakfast provided was the best we had during our vacation, with plenty of seating and a great view. We also enjoyed unwinding in the pool after a long day of driving.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and it smelled nice. The breakfast bar was enjoyable, especially the warm cinnamon rolls. The staff, including Vishal at the front desk, were welcoming and attentive. The location was quiet and provided a fantastic view of the Blue Mountains.

The breakfast selection was diverse, with options like regular or egg white omelets, bacon, sausage, and a pancake maker. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even providing a coupon for a free dessert at a recommended restaurant. The hotel had ample parking for vehicles and easy access from the highway.

Although the room was clean, there were splatters on the walls and hair on the bathroom counter. The hot tub had grime floating around and the hot water ran out quickly in the mornings.

Comfortable beds, convenient location near Abby's pizza, friendly staff, limited gluten-free breakfast options, but nice to have alternatives. Only stayed one night, but wished for more. Great start to vacation. Coffee could be improved, Starbucks nearby.

The value for money at Holiday Inn Express was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet at night. The staff treated us very well, going above and beyond to retrieve my forgotten items and even offering to pack us a takeout sack from the kitchen.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, it would be great to see some more variety and options.

The breakfast and pool were good. the hotel had a perfect location to explore the area. We appreciated the dog-friendly policy, which meant we could take our pets with us on our holiday.

The room was dirty and had a bad smell and we even found hairs in the shower. the TV had a black spot and didn't work, and we noticed strange smells on our floor.

Rooms comfy. Breakfast great with cheese and veggie omlets, pork and turkey sausage. Fully stocked and same offerings throughout the morning. Helpful staff.
