During my stay from 2023-12-21, I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which provided a great place to relax after long meetings. However, the pool was unexpectedly closed and the front desk service was not welcoming, which was disappointing. This hotel could be a good option for short business trips, but improved communication and service would enhance the experience.

Staff was very good!

I was disappointed to find out that the pool was closed during my stay, and the bar and restaurant operations were limited on Sunday and Monday. This lack of information on the hotel’s website caused a real inconvenience. Additionally, I had to ask for basic amenities like tissues in my room, which should have been provided upfront. My stay did not meet the expectations I had for a Hilton brand.

i almost thought about giving a decent review, but alas, the toilet didn’t flush properly. how humiliating! and to top it off, my hilton honor status was utterly ignored, no welcome gift or room upgrade. the elevators were also less than sparkling clean, which was very disappointing for a 'luxury' brand like this.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a convenient location near Norfolk International Airport that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The quality breakfast was a true morning delight.

The outdated decor and musty smell were disappointing, especially with visible cleanliness issues, like cobwebs. However, relocating to a cleaner room was handled promptly by the staff, which was a positive aspect of my stay.

Everyone on the staff treated us with kindness while the location was perfect for our needs. The morning coffee was a delightful bonus and breakfast was a great convenience.

Cleaning left something to be desired, with some dirtiness found in the bathroom and carpets. Outdated furniture detracted from the experience, making it feel neglected.

The heated pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring nearby Greenbrier Mall and Cahoon Plantation Golf Course. The made-to-order breakfast was a family favorite, and the 42-inch TV kept our kids entertained during downtime.

My kids wished there were more activities for them in the evenings.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Greenbrier Mall and played at the Cahoon Plantation Golf Course. Enjoyed the heated pool and a workout in the gym. The staff was super friendly and the coffee in the mornings was a nice treat. Definitely coming back!

One thing to note, some areas looked a bit dated and could use some updating, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King room, and man, I loved how spacious it was! The coffee maker and fridge were super handy, and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot. Just wish the air conditioning was a bit quieter, it could get loud at night.
