As young holiday goers, we were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Ofelia went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The fact that she was able to provide a room on the main floor and include breakfast vouchers was a great bonus. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient and made our journey to O'Hare airport hassle-free.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby mall and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service and ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel had a breakfast buffet included, which was a nice perk for guests.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the parking situation was frustrating, with an unannounced and unexpected parking fee that was not mentioned on the hotel's website or app.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, especially for my business trip. It was close to where I needed to be and made it easy for me to get around. the staff at the hotel was also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the amenities offered were great, especially the green mountain coffee. It was a nice touch to have a good cup of coffee available.

One of the downsides of my stay was that the room felt a bit outdated. the decor was not as modern as I would have liked, and the TV was on the smaller side.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Oakbrook Terrace. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities, including the pool and outside patio, were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. The staff even recognized my daughter's birthday and made her feel special. this staycation was incredible, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
