As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed by the range of amenities offered at the hotel. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms provided a relaxing environment for our stay. Additionally, the fridge in the room was larger than expected, allowing us to conveniently store beverages. The complementary coffee station and excellent breakfast selection were also appreciated. We were pleased to find that the hotel had a fitness room, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The friendly and efficient staff members we encountered at the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping were a standout feature. the hotel's convenient location and nice amenities made our stay enjoyable.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg was exceptional. The King suite was beautifully designed with a separate living room area, complete with a mini fridge and Keurig. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The lobby area was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of tables for the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

While my stay was wonderful overall, there was one slight disappointment. I had booked a room with a whirlpool tub, but unfortunately, our room didn't have one.

The front desk staff, especially Kristen, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The AC worked great and the room was nice and cool upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the service was excellent. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are spacious with an excellent shower on every floor. The fitness room and indoor pool were enjoyable amenities. There was always a friendly staff member around to help with anything we needed, and the whole property was kept very clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and the lobby offered ample seating.

This hotel is in a great area, close to everything and right off the highway. It offers comfortable beds with a selection of different kinds of pillows for a good night's sleep. The rooms also have a refrigerator and a microwave, which is a nice convenience. Guests have praised the friendly staff and the excellent buffet breakfasts. The banquet staff is also highly regarded for their professionalism and attentiveness.

The front desk clerk could have been more engaging and welcoming during the check-in process.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cleveland/Twinsburg and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious and adjustable King bed that allowed us to customize our sleep preferences. The pillows and covers were unbelievably soft and of great quality. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine in the room, making our stay even more convenient.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, providing excellent customer service. the parking lot was well lit for easy arrival at night. the swimming area was clean and enjoyable.

The bathroom setup was awkward, with all the facilities in one room and no privacy. the doors were noisy and could be heard closing throughout the hallway.

This hotel is close to everything in the area, making it convenient for guests attending concerts at the Hard Rock Rocksino. Despite the snowy weather, I had easy access to the public areas. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, and I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Additionally, the breakfast served met my expectations and offered delicious options.
