The tub in the suite was spacious enough for my 6'3 frame and stayed warm for a long time. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Easy trip to BHC. Fairly nice and helpful desk clerk. Attractive lobby. Very good value for money. Staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Top of the line indoor pool and fitness center.

The spacious tub in the suite comfortably fits tall individuals. The room was warm for an extended duration. The premises are aesthetically pleasing, and the staff provided friendly and exceptional service.

The hotel had all the amenities we needed for our one-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a luxurious bed. We enjoyed the soft and fluffy towels and bedding. The room also had a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge, which were convenient for us. The location of the hotel was great, just off Highway 70 and Highway 63, making it easy to access restaurants and retail. It was also a bonus that there was no traffic around the hotel.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The beds were great and the shower was clean. the bartender was amazing - dressed professionally, friendly, and took the time to ask about my preferences. She deserves a raise and kudos!

I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the one I got smelled horrible. They were sold out, so I couldn't change rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bed. There were plenty of TV channels to choose from, and I appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to access restaurants and retail stores. Despite its convenient location, there was no traffic around the hotel itself. The staff at the restaurant was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Debbie, my waitress, took excellent care of me.

This hotel had a few positive aspects that made my stay enjoyable. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service. Secondly, the rooms were well-appointed and clean, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the college.

While most aspects of my stay were satisfactory, there was one area that could be improved upon. The dining staff, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which was a breath of fresh air in today's world. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and fitness center, were top of the line. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows and linens. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything we needed to go to without dealing with a lot of traffic. We also enjoyed the convenience of having eateries nearby and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
