The hotel lost power for hours due to a thunderstorm and there were no backup generators. Waking up in the middle of the night to a completely dark and hot room was exhausting.

The cleanliness, comfort, and convenience were also impressive. However, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included for my entire family, and we were charged $37 for just two people.
