The lobby was nice and had a cozy atmosphere. the large ballroom and conference rooms were great for hosting events and meetings. the hotel also had an indoor pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs, which were a nice way to relax after a long day. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to the village, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. the hotel provided free outdoor parking, giving guests peace of mind when it came to finding a parking spot.

The hotel rooms were in need of an update. the furniture, specifically the tables, were scratched and chipped, which took away from the overall appearance.

The location was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the main market and close to everything. We loved being in the scenic caves and amidst the beautiful Blue Mountains. The room we stayed in had a convenient coffee maker and bar fridge, and the breakfast available in the hotel was a bonus.

The check-in desk staff lacked courtesy and didn't make us feel welcome. It would have been nice if they greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile, rather than just scanning our card in their phone.

During our recent stay, we experienced the charm and hospitality of a snowstorm in this picturesque location. Being in the centre gave us easy access to the amenities that only this area could offer, which was an absolute delight. Our room was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor hot tubs.

Our stay at Blue Mountain Resort Inn was incredible! The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the village. We were pleasantly surprised by the special anniversary celebration arranged by the hotel. The shower in our room was amazing, and the AC kept us cool during the hot weather. we had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was limited, but the free coffee refills made up for it. Additionally, the on-site restaurant had limited options, but we thoroughly enjoyed their tasty and plump chicken wings.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee as well as the free shuttle service to the nearby airport. the hotel was conveniently located next to several restaurants and shops making it easy to find a place to eat after a long day. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The walls were quite thin and noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway could be heard throughout the night, causing some difficulty sleeping. the bathroom was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation.
