We stayed at Shutters for a weekend getaway and were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The cook/waiter in the restaurant provided great service, and the front office promptly handled a noise issue in the room across the hall. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location surrounded by mountains was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast bag provided in the morning was perfect for our road trip. The coffee was superb, and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. The lobby and restaurant remodel looked great, and I appreciated the complimentary drink coupon. the ambience, cleanliness, and value for money at this property were top-notch.

This hotel is conveniently located near the casinos and surrounded by mountains in a beautiful area. The rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is a great breakfast buffet available with lots of fresh fruit and delicious omelettes cooked to order. The gym and pool are perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

The bed was fantastic and provided a great night's sleep. the room was also spacious and had a large bathroom, which was a plus. Additionally, the location of the room at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor was great for privacy.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. the noise from the slamming doors of the stairs and maid's closet was annoying and disruptive.

The basic amenities were all in place and the location, although out of town, was convenient enough.

Maintenance issues were observed, such as worn-out carpets and a clogged shower head. However, these minor flaws did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

The property was impeccably clean and my room had a comfortable bed with multiple pillows. The price for the overnight stay was great, and the room was spacious, offering coffee and water. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and the staff, including the restaurant inside the hotel, were amazing. Although the food was a little expensive, it was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a hot tub and a small pool that the kids loved. The person who checked us in both times we stayed there was very friendly and helpful!
